  2. Dustin, you may have a problem. That was a short manufacturing run for a car and, of course, it was sporty so many of them have been scrapped. All is not lost though, I have a couple of ideas that may help. First, Pick-N-Pull. I live near Sacramento, CA and we have a chain of junk yards called "Pick-N-Pull". We also had some called "U Pull It". You can't call these guys so you can't find out what they have in the yard. But, for a couple of dollars you can gain admission, get a hand stamp good for all Pick-N-Pulls all day. You bring your own tools, do your own disassembly, pay for the part and transport it home. It is a cash and carry operation so they don't take returns. They will offer an insurance for a couple of bucks on some items. But if you don't buy the insurance you are stuck with the part. When I am searching for a part, I have a route through Sacramento and surrounding areas that I run. I keep my tools in the car, pay my money at the first stop, check the yard, and go from there. If they have the part, I go to work, if they don't I go traveling. In my area (reasonable driving distance) we have six to eight of these outfits. Look under automobile dismantlers or perhaps recyclers. They have things you can rent to help you along, so a trip just to look around will probably be money well spent. Now, I realize if you live in Boston, or some place other than Sacramento, CA you will probably opt out of a trip on the off chance that you might find the part. The reason I mentioned this is you may have the same or similar businesses in your area. Any seasoned mechanic should be able to tell you if something like this exists in your area. Second. Some automobile junk yards are on a huge network. They push a button and talk and there are I don't know how many people listening. This system should make finding your part a piece of cake. Paying for it could be another issue as you will pay for the part, the transportation, and a service charge to the shop where you placed the order. You are also buying something you haven't seen so damage is possible as is damage in shipping. Be sure you understand the condition of the part before you lay your money down. I hope these two items help in your search. It could be a very challenging quest. In a sick perverted way, I envy you. The restoration of a vintage auto is something near and dear to my heart. I really would love to do it at least once but limited time and budget problems always seem to get in the way. Seriously, GOOD LUCK and good hunting.
  3. this car is dated! forget it just toll it to the junkyard
