Can you buy classic car kits?

Can you buy an entire classic car reproduction kit that you would put together yourself? Like brand new just remade by another company.

1. yes u can.... but u will need your own frame and powertrain...its much more cost efficient to buy one already done or find one that someone has started but lost interest in finishing
2. Sort of... you'll usually have to supply your own engine/tranny. Unless you have some mechanical know-how or just love to wrench, I wouldn't recommend it as a side project in order to save money on a classic car.
3. Yes depending on what model. you typically need your own chassis and powertrain. talk to your local car club they may have a member that has one unfinished very very common. maybe you can get a real bargain
