BMW 318 M SPORT?? does it has the exact same M3 body kit on a normal 318 saloon?

hi all, im 21 years old and i want to buy a sporty looking BMW, E46 series. as i cant afford the M3, i would like the 318 m sport..and im wondering if this model has the exact same body kit as the real M3 model? also would it be possible for me to later add 4 exhausts and a M3 badge to the 318 m sport to make it look like a real BMW M3? by the way i live in the UK...just want to to get confused with USA models thanks. also i have noticed that in the new series, 2005 onwards they call it the M sport...but the old e46 is only called for example the 318 sport? is this true? wats the difference?

1. The new 3 Series M Sport Package is not exactly looks like M3 but you get same Steering Wheel with Paddle Shift. Actually it looks pretty good as well.... The E46 3 Series Sport Package looks the same as the E46 M3....I don't know how to describe but its really looks alike....
